The private Branch of the College of Law / University of Karbala conducted a seminar to discuss a draft master’s thesis submitted by a postgraduate student (Nawar Muhammad Hassoun) and tagged (the legal organization of the electronic agency: a comparative study).
The problem of the study lies in the absence of an explicit and clear legal text in the Iraqi legislation regulating the electronic agency. The Scientific Committee in Private Law discussed the research project and expressed its directives to the student. It also made some substantive modifications in the methodology of scientific research and others in the research plan and the origin of the research topic. It also discussed the fundamental issue in the research. Detectives that have been allocated to it in a sound systematic manner.
